If you want it “as soon as possible” or “urgent”. “Express Post” delivery option is the only option available that meet your demand and request. Please select “Express Post” delivery option on your check out.
1) Standard mail. Please allow 7 to 14 business day for delivery. (Free)
2) Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter with tracking number. Please allow 7 to 14 business day for delivery.
3) Australia Post Express Service. Please allow 1 to 3 business day for delivery.
Once your item has been packed, we will take a photo of actual item as well as addressed and envelope / parcel as proof of shipment. We are happily to email the photo image to you upon request.
Please be advice that we take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit as we have no control over Australia Post.
We will post your goods within 5 business days, not 5 days (Business day excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).
We only ship to the exact address displayed on your eBay account.

2) International Economy (Tracked Signature)

For your piece of mind, “International Economy (Tracked Signature)" option is available.
If you haven't paid for “International Economy (Tracked Signature)" option and you are contacting us to inform us that your item no arrive yet all we can do is totally nothing. Please do not ask for resend the item nor refund as we do not resend the item nor refund any amount of money.
International postage to Canada, USA, France, United Kingdom, Japan and New Zealand may take 14 to 31 days for delivery. 
All other countries take 15 to 90 business days for delivery.
Buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. It is buyer responsibility to check with their custom department or custom policy about any prohibited import goods. We will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue. 
Payment
We cannot reimburse extra postage. 
Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days (30 days in the case of international orders).
Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. If there are any signs of use, dirty or marked in anyway whatsoever, we will not accept the transfer paper return.
You will receive the refund amount according to the return piece/ pieces of transfer paper. 
Very important – We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items being returned so please use a safe service.
Before sending back an item for a refund, you must contact us and inform us via message and use the subject "Returns and your name" In the email please include your name,  your Address, your Order Number, The Reason for Returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Please note – Refund will not include any postage costs, you will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
Feedback
Leaving a negative feedback before either contacting us or allowing us to fix a possible error, we will take that as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations.
