We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. As soon as you have placed
your order a confirmation email will be send. In the unlikely event that any
items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible. We
will keep you informed of your orders progress and will send a confirmation as
soon as your item is on the way to you.
For all delivery options locate the 'Postage and payments' tab, which you will
find just underneath the actual eBay listing advert, and select your country.

item. Parcels can be dispatched on working days only. We are not able to send
out parcels during weekends and/or Public Holidays.

Please be assured that we dispatch your item as soon as we can. We aim to
send all our international parcels within 1 working day. Ultimately delivery
times depend on how long your item is held by Customs. Security checks and
booking in procedures vary from country to country and can cause delays. We can
not be held responsible for this as it is beyond our control.
Customs and Import Duties
Customs or import duties could be levied once the package reaches its
destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they may be. Customs policies vary widely, you may want to contact your local
customs office for further information.
Please note that we cannot refund any carriage charges related to orders that
were refused delivery because of VAT and import duties. An administration fee
of GBP 10-00 will also apply. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us
receiving a 'refused delivery' item.
Where is my parcel?
Unfortunately a small number of parcels can be delayed or may not reach their
destination. Please contact us if you have not received your item after the
indicated service times listed above have passed. This will allow us to ask our
delivery partner for further information and report back to you with any news.
We understand that all customers want to receive their purchases as soon as
possible. Hence we aim to get your parcel in the postal system within 24 hours
of payment. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays such as
additional security checks or adverse weather conditions.
Please be aware that Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days from dispatch date
before we can claim for a lost item. We reserve the right to wait until this
time has passed before we send out a replacement item.
We assure you that we will do everything we can to get your item to you as
soon as possible. But we do have to trust our delivery partners to get the
actual item delivered to you. Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes, our
sincere apologies if this has happened. Please be patient, it is our promise
that all will be put right by us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives with you in an unsatisfactory condition or you would simply
like to change the item please return it to us within 14 days after receiving.
We will either offer a full refund or arrange for a replacement (if available)
to be dispatched.
Returns can be made only when items are returned in first class condition and
in original, undamaged packaging. In case of clothing; we need to receive the
item unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached to the garment.
If a returned product is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging
is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
When returning an item from outside of the EU; please complete the Customs
Declaration with the words: Faulty Goods - Return to Sender. Please mark the
item as 'Zero' value.
Any carriage charges can only be refunded by us on incorrect, damaged or
